What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Standard MOQ for custom rigid boxes starts at 500 units per SKU. For simpler mailer or folding boxes, MOQ can be as low as 250. Small-batch prototype runs are available for launch collections.
What are your production lead times?+
Typical lead time is 3–5 weeks from artwork approval, including sampling. Rush production (2–3 weeks) is available on selected structures — talk to us early.
Do you provide physical samples before production?+
Yes. We produce white and full-colour prototypes within 5–7 working days so you can approve structure, materials and print before committing to bulk production.
Can you match a specific Pantone or brand colour?+
Yes — we colour-match to Pantone Solid Coated/Uncoated and can produce custom mixes for foil and print. A press-pass proof is included on premium orders.
What materials do you work with?+
Grey board (1000–2000 gsm), FSC paperboards, art paper, specialty papers (linen, felt, metallic), leatherette, real leather, velvet, satin, EVA and thermoformed inserts.
Do you offer sustainable / FSC-certified packaging?+
Yes. FSC-certified paperboards, recycled greyboard, water-based coatings, soy inks and biodegradable finishes are all available with matching certifications.
Can you print in Arabic?+
Absolutely. We handle Arabic typography, right-to-left layouts and bilingual artwork routinely for GCC brands and government projects.
Which finishing options are available?+
Hot foil (gold, silver, holographic, custom), blind and registered embossing, debossing, soft-touch, matte, gloss, UV, spot UV, silk screen and edge painting.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We regularly ship across the GCC, Middle East, Europe, UK and Asia via sea, air and DDP freight. Consolidation and DDP quotes available on request.
Can you store and dispatch our packaging on demand?+
Yes. On-site warehousing and just-in-time fulfilment are offered for brands with recurring campaigns or hotel/retail replenishment.
Can you design the packaging for us?+
Yes. Our in-house structural and graphic team can develop dielines, 3D visuals and full artwork from a brand brief.
What file formats do you need for artwork?+
Print-ready PDF/X-1a or AI files with fonts outlined, 3mm bleed, CMYK + spot colours, and a separate layer for foil/emboss/spot UV.
Do you offer white-label manufacturing for other packaging brands?+
Yes — we produce for select design agencies and packaging resellers worldwide under NDA. Contact us for portfolio and terms.
How is pricing determined?+
Pricing is driven by structure, materials, finishing, quantity and destination. Every project receives a transparent line-item quote — no hidden fees.
