Rigid boxes are the backbone of premium packaging — sturdy, structured, and built to make a product feel more valuable the moment it's picked up. BOXART has been manufacturing rigid boxes in-house at our Dubai facility for over 15 years, producing everything from single-unit prototypes to mass production runs for more than 500 brands across the GCC. We build rigid boxes in a full range of formats: two-piece lid-and-base boxes, telescopic boxes, drawer-style boxes, magnetic closure boxes, and book-style boxes, all constructed on certified rigid board for a premium, tamper-resistant finish. Every box can be customized with foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and full digital or offset printing, and finished with your choice of interior — foam inserts, velvet or satin lining, or printed inserts to hold your product securely. Because everything happens under one roof — structural design, printing, foiling, and assembly — we can move from brief to sample in days, not weeks, and keep quality consistent across repeat orders.
